Wood you let a child eat rum cake?

I remember getting a little buzzed the first time eating chocolate rum cake. Not sure if this dessert is appropriate for children.

its fine as long as when on vacation you don't give the kid the entire cake.
I recall a vacation to the caribbean and getting small squares from the parents.
Cake, icing, raisins, and a little extra.
