You ever watch youtube channels like hoodvlogs?

Southern hoods are always grimier and look like some 3rd world country got blasted with carpet bombings 40 years ago and never rebuilt. Post-apocalyptic feels. Abandoned and occupied by zombies. The residents talk like complete retards with marbles in their mouthes. Zero education. The people are just completely hopeless and don’t give a fuk about human life. Some of these places truly don’t even fit in America.

Northern hoods by contrast don’t SEEM nearly as bad. But looks can be deceiving. In the north they might even be more dangerous, but the neighborhoods themselves have a gritty urban feel and don’t look nearly as destitute. I’d say they appear neglected rather than abandoned. The people there seem smarter although in a sinister conniving way where life is a game to get over on others. They have more targeted scams and organized gangs in places like NYC than say Jackson, MS.
