Budget is a consideration as well. FKK clubs in Germany are next level but you pay to get in and then every time you bang a girl it costs as well. Average is about 100 Euros an hour according to internet.

Long time with a Thai hooker (so 1-2 hours) is about 1500 Baht which is $50. I think it's actually lower in Colombia and would be in any poorer SA country.
