I heard a few points:

He clearly cheated everyone in cold blood (in financial crimes) and looks suspiciously involved in deaths of a housekeeper and others at his house years ago.

He "lost" the clothes he was wearing earlier in the day of the mur_der and was wearing different clothes when investigated. I found his answer odd when describing this, as he confidently / casually described his weight as 6'4" and 244-245 lbs, like you would know to the pound your weight at a time in those ranges. His weight probably fluctuates like 10+ from water at that size.

The housekeeper at his mother's house said he told her to say he was there for 40 minutes when he was for 20 minutes (GPS confirmed 20 minutes).

GPS shows he was at the scene of the crime before it happened. A cell phone video has his voice on it at the scene before he said he was there. (His family alive and speaking with him before they were all shot. He pretended he found them this way.)

Supposedly the fire arm matches the ones on his property. (not found, just analyzed)

Also, for me, he seemstoo"confident" like he is infinitely pure in a way no one is, least of all someone like him.

Drug addict, if this convinces anyone. For me it just fits his character not being as high and mighty as he is pretending he is.

Also, they live in an isolated area, and somehow, in a few minute window at his estate, someone else would have had to do this with no clear motive and then disappear without a trace. I suppose he had enemies in the area.
