Sleep is great. Diet is a normal person trying to get plenty of protein but have a 38 week pregnant wife sometimes we eat great sometimes its not. We both gotta shape that up as soon as son gets here.

Exercise is ****. Lacking motivation. Desk job 2 hour commute. Usually go to the gym at 5am...haven't had a great workout or pump in months.

The clinic I went to said it was a gray area for my age. For some it's normal others it's not. More less depending on symptons.

pay no mind to what your levels say. what's most important is how YOU feel which can't be measured by blood lab

For me sleep is the most important thing so it’s good to hear you have that on point. One factor may be living with a pregnant wife, as just being around that and having a small child can affect hormone levels. And it can be good in some ways(or at least from an evolutionary standpoint), but perhaps not optimal in todays world where that aspect isn’t needed as much and levels are already low.

You’re in basically the same boat I was in at your age. I managed to see decent changes just by dialing in diet, sleep, and exercise…and I think drastically limiting alcohol or cutting it out completely is a huge help. I did that around the same time(34) and managed to feel good/great for about five more years. Eventually the squeeze just isn’t worth the juice(what I did there) so I ended up starting TRT at 39. It’s not a magic bullet and there will be ups and downs, but it has certainly helped me in many areas and allowed me to become a better person.

Unless you leave the gym and go straight to blood draw I don’t think it’s going to impact it much as the adjustments from exercise equalize pretty quickly.

Levels are highest in the morning and then quickly drop over the course of the day. So 385 is about the highest that Opie sees, and most of his time is spent well below that.

Been on HRT (test, clomid, hcg) for a while now.

Had to cycle off for about 6 months bc the semi shady hormone place had some legal issues... Test dropped to 188, felt absolutely terrible.

Just restarted it. Going on week 2 now, so I should be feeling better here in about a week or two.

Will never quit again.

Test levels on TRT hover around 1000.

Hop on TRT.

You will get 10/10 level hard ons, sex drive will be insane like wanting it several times a day yet not satisfied & wanting more.
Will slowly lose fat & gain muscle if you workout.

Yes, injections are easy. I doubt the blood work is free though. They should be doing the full panel test which is quite expensive.
