Is there anything better than getting drunk at the airport?

I love getting a couple drinks before a flight, especially if i can bullchit with random strangers about which destination they're going to.

If it's an international flight, I'll have a couple on the plane.

getting drunk on the airport is GOAT

I read. I'm not a big reader anymore like I used to be, but I always bring 2 books to read for traveling. One on the way and one on the way back.

Don't think I've ever done anything else tbh. I then sleep at least half the plane ride.

But, it's not nearly close to the greatest. I like to feel as if there's unlimited possibility, anything can happen when you drink - and when you're getting drunk in the airport the only thing that's gonna happen is you're gonna take your drunk ass to seat 53B and sit your sloppy ass down.
This x100,000,000^19

Drinking is for throwing away inhibitions, and there are no left or right turns on the path of the airport.

Always get tipsy before flights (airport alcohol prices rape you but whatever).

Unfortunately this ruins goals for not having to piss while on the plane

I drink to cope at the airport if I find out my flight will have a female pilot. Kind of like a final farewell before i die.

I'm a fan. San Diego airport sells Cutwaters, which are these retardedly strong 12% ABV canned cocktails. 1 of those and I give absolutely zeeero ****s for the next 2 hours.

I am always at a lounge for the explicit reason to avoid having to talk / deal with strangers.

Cant fly with the livestock in coach. Only 1st or Business Class for me. Comes with lounge access, included drinks, higher quality food, better seats, and more room. Its well worth the added expense, and makes the entire experience MUCH more enjoyable.

This times a million. I fly to Florida a few times a year from NJ to visit my mom, always first class. I also get passes to the vip lounges so I don't even have to wait with the plebs.

I will gladly pay the premium every single time. Pretty much won't fly unless I do.
