Metformin v Berberine

How do they compare for blood sugar effects?

I know metformin is hardcore and probably net healthy. Is berberine?


I'm feeling a little insulin resistant.

I hurt my hand and have not exercised as much lately because of it. I could just eat few carbs. I'd rather just deal with blood sugar.
