The woman in the video is Aly, who is friends with justpearlythings. She is a US soldier and married to a successful, older guy for whom she has kids with. Basically she starts off the conversation by getting the girls there to admit that all the guys they have ever slept with, they wanted relationships from them. She then went on to get a consensus on how many relationships came about from sleeping around. Only 1 of the girl there admitted to consistently getting a relationship out of all the guys she's ever slept with. The rest claim that all guys want to sleep around and not commit to them in their age range (20-30).

The girls then go on to say that 90% of all guys just want sex and don't want to have a serious relationship. They attribute this to sexual revolution/freedom and state this is the reason no one wants a serious relationship. Her advice to these women is to stop thinking short term and get off tinder. Basically tells these girls not to squander their youth and to latch onto a successful, guy like she did when they are still hot/attractive.
