Pro-tip

I’ve posted about this before here, but thought I’d post it again:

One scoop flavored whey protein
One cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Mix it together, and it is like high protein pudding!

A while ago I used to do dry oats, greek yogurt, one scoop of protein, and some type of fruit cut up and all mixed together for breakfast all the time.


A little heavy and tough to get down, but delicious and nutritious.

Good tip.

Tonight I had chocolate malt flavored Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder mixed with plain non-fat Greek yogurt
