Best James Bond film (in your opinion)

I’ve been into James Bond since I was a kid, I remember watching it with my grandparents. I was born in the early 1970s, so to me, Roger Moore was the ultimate James Bond.

Yesterday I bought Goldfinger on iTunes, and today I bought the Spy Who Loved Me on iTunes, and they’re both great.

Which 007 film do you think was the best?

I love Man with the Golden Gun a lot because Christopher Lee is one of my favorite actors and Nick Nack is in it too. Not the best, but maybe my favorite.

I watched them all and Daniel Craig is still the coolest Bond. Previous big names are overrated by the nostalgia.

As a kid, the Spy Who Loved Me was the best. Jaws was the epitome of the series’ henchman. That coupled with a Lotus Esprit Turbo that could turn into a submarine was every kid’s dream.

Movie quality wise though, there are better. The only problem with the Daniel Craig ones is they got too serious and lost that ridiculousness of what the whole franchise was based on.

1. Casino Royal. The action is great, seeing Craigs first kills, poker playing, just the best imo.

2. On Her Majesty Secret Service. 60s Bond, set up in an all girls resort where he goes undercover playing a hilarious character. Wish we had more Lazenby films. When I think of him in some of those early Moore films he would have nailed them.

3. Golden Eye. Bond vs a rogue double o, great action, Bonds attitude in this film towards his job is pretty close to source material I think.

Craig or Connery Bonds are the only top tier Bonds.
Everyone else was weak AF.

Either Goldfinger or Skyfall IMO

Goldeneye was awesome, but I think the newer Bonds with Craig edge it out. I'd say Casino Royale.
