Russell Brand is brilliant and a great speaker. I just can’t get past that fkin accent so it’s hard to listen for long periods.

Haven't watched, but there is a clip getting traction on twitter. I find Brand in general to be intelligent and open minded, but his presentation style on his podcast is hard to take. Could be better as an interview subject.
IDK...with some people it is their voice [too boring, too loud, too hard to understand] or their overall style or mannerisms. I like reading, but what can you do?
Huberman- dull, long winded
Friedman- monotone
Jones- angry, loud
Dark Horse- meandering, unfocused
Brand- hyper, super animated
Whatifalthis- too fast/too much at once
Martenson- a bit slow and indirect at times
Williamson is a very good interviewer and Rogan can be too. Mel Robbins has been growing on me, though her topic range is limited.
If I'm really trying to pay attention it helps to have something else going, like driving or painting or drawing or something.
