In the UK the former health secretary has had 100,000 WhatsApp messages leaked. The way it happened also speaks to the sheer incompitance of those "ruling" us, he wrote a book about the pandemic and employed a journalist to co-write it in doing so he gave her the messages she then released them. Not only was this a stupid thing to do anyway but the journalist in question was an outspoken anti-lockdowner. What a moron!

I knew all these variants were bullchit and they literally were discussing when to "release them" the one this is referring to is the "Kent variant" which came out in Dec 2020 and led to the renewed lockdowns in Jan 2021.

Senate unanimously passed a bill mandating transparency, specifically with respect to it’s origins. In the past couple weeks, more information is coming out about it leaking from Wuhan.

Of course all because transparency is mandated by law, (when it becomes law), doesn’t mean that is what we are gonna get. In fact, I would expect the opposite.


However, it is easy for me to believe something happened that led to this change of behavior. Some situation where like someone who is not in on it found some type of indisputable evidence.

I am making that up, I just don’t see Senate doing this out of the kindness of their heart.
