Neck harness bros do you have this problem?

My neck harness is leather with chain.

The way the chains link together the weight can't quite rest properly so it shifts during reps at times.

It's not dangerous really but it's annoying for the weight to shift to one end of a link.

I was thinking maybe if I wrapped a towel around the middle portion of the chain?
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

^^^Racist police officer who also cries about how racism doesn't exist, also cries reverse racism and typifies the stupidity of the racist right, referring to black people as "they" and regurgitating racist stereotypes.

Probably going too heavy and/or retarded form knowing the misc.

Never had any issues but I only do 20-25 Lbs on it.

Only issue I have is weight shifting on that last chain link it feels annoying.

I use a plate and hold it in place with my hand. Way more control and safety. Never had problems.

yeah, thats what the cheaper ones do. You want a harness with a strap that also wraps under the chin
