You know how certain insects and amphibians have evolved to be brightly colored?

Tradies have likewise evolved to wear hi vis vests to ward off women and white collar officer workers (masters degrees). A respectable 50 foot parameter must be maintained at all times.

Because unlike officecels tradies are all about the lifestyle. You can't just be a contractor and otherwise have a normal life. You need to
-Carhartt the fuk up with your entire wardrobe
-Wear non-slip steel toe boots everywhere including doctor's office visits to refill your heartburn medications
-High visibility vests at all times or wear florescent shirts as often as possible. Going to a friend's wedding? Put on your neon green Grainger shirt. For the ones who get it done

theres always a gas station trip in the morning before they get down and dirty. lunch time is spent at the local cheesesteak establishment. if they need to travel between multiple different job sites then its necessary to stop at a sunoco and grab some cigs and monster while on the way.
