Underrated user that hasn't been posting as much because he's busy making gains & smashing poon



Flying under the radar w/ calisthenics & presumably isolation movements

I doubt anyone here can do as many muscle-ups as him srs

Boyo has put on some lean tissue of peac over the last couple of years & has become mogger status




Also the Arnold Schwarzenegger accent is LOLzy as hell in vocaroos

In for vid of muscleups. Most I could ever do was 3 strict and only on rings, never learned technique for bar. I maintain ring MUs are easier.

I’m legit impressed you could do a mu of any shape or form @ 6’7”

I’m almost 6’6” and couldn’t ever do that chit, even at my lightest weight

Height is irrelevant. Maybe a small amount for getting over the bar with the length of forearm being a disadvantage?

If I was lighter I'm sure I'd have an easier time.

Edit: what's your weighted pull-up max. If you can do 1/2 bodyweight added then strict MU on rings is attainable
