My impression is I want my back to feel 100% during shoulders so I do not pull something.

I do back after shoulders for this reason.

Nah brah, if you want sculpted delts, you need to do the Rich Piano's 8 hour arm workout plan but switch them for just lateral and bent over lateral raises.

If you want to be in that 5% you need to put it all on the line.

The rear delts assist in pulling with the back. Its very common for folks to incorporate them with back. Just be mindful of volume and fatigue, as you would any other workout.

Honestly, a lot of folks overthink their workouts. Just hit the gym hard, and consider other variables like conjugation, HIT...and use a system that cycles blocks of 4, 8, and/or 12 weeks. The rest starts to become a bit arbitrary with everything else is in place. In other words, don't be afraid to experiment. You have a lifetime to play around and gain gym wisdom. Make it fun.
