Steak inspired by that one weird miscer he’s real Librel or whatever lol but he said he pan fried it with no butter then thru it in but this is what I did thru some olive oil on pan thru steak down for 2 mins each side added oil when needed then after both sides 2 mins I thru in the delicious butter and cooked another minute come out great and then made some other ****. Geeens for days they pretty good but I hardly eat them. Seasoned Lima beans goat

Mac and cheese looks delicious but I think I would have wanted the steak to be a bit more pink.
Plus I like to do rubs when I make it.

:O I've never made brisket before, but would want to try.



For the steak I posted, I tried using a different cooking method from my usual.
Room temp for 30m to make cooking uniform--as it's resting for 30 minutes, I did it sugar steak style--using sugar and salt it sorta fast brines the meat to soften it, keep it juicy, and help with caramelization
Added the dry rub. I think it was California style but can't remember the exact spices I used.

Then cooked it on a little charcoal hibachi style grill on direct heat to sear.

Finished off until internal temp for medium rare in the oven.

Turned out pretty good!
