Is Apple cider vinegar legit?

Any brahs have experience taking this for a long period of time? if so have you recognized any health benefits?

I've just started taking 1 tbp (mixed with water) in the morning & at night because why not.. but i'm still sceptical to the any real health benefits see video below for example.

Add one drop to each eye for extra energy in the morning. Repeat as needed.
