What foods are you using to help lose weight?

Two things which have been super helpful for me:

1. Those little 'Tuna on The Run' packages with the tuna and crackers. They're good because now I'm cooking a lot more. If I'm starving I can eat one of them to hold me off while I cook something.

2. Tea mixed with lemonade and water. Red Bulls were/are a big vice. It's the caffeine and sugar. What I started doing was mixing a container 3/5 full of water and then 1/5 of lemonade and tea. That went from a most of the day thing to currently only while I eat. Eventually it will be only water.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

^^^Racist police officer who also cries about how racism doesn't exist, also cries reverse racism and typifies the stupidity of the racist right, referring to black people as "they" and regurgitating racist stereotypes.

Just eat sugar free Jello if it's really that hard to cut back on how much you would normally eat.

Mixed nuts for breakfast and avoiding carbs as long as I can into the day works very well for me. It also makes it easier to do AM workouts.

Just cut out carbs brah. Or at least reduce them.

Up your protein portions and lower every other portion.

Unless you're a fooking fatass and have a terrible diet already, it's not rocket science.
