SQ for 5 reps 90kg = 1rm - 101kg novice/intermediate

Bench 82kg for 5 reps = 92.3kg 1rm intermediate

OHP 58.5kg for 5 reps = 66kg 1rm intermidiate

Deadlift 107.5kg for 5 reps = 121kg 1rm novice/intermediate

Last time I checked I'm pretty much intermediate in everything. Considering I've only been back in the gym legitimately for about 5 months, I'll take that muscle memory any day.

32, 245 lb lifts are from last meet

660 deadlift elite
545 squat advanced (probably could have hit 3 reps with this but didn't try for more)
385 bench advanced.

Do plan to compete in a couple months at a higher bodyweight. Curious to see how much my lifts increase. Used this calculator a few weeks ago on deadlift rep work. Projected 1rm is currently over 700

Using the rep maxes for last month at a 200lb bodyweight.

Squat est: 438 Adv
Incline Bench est: 292.5 Adv
Shoulder Press Est: 185 Int
Deadlift n/a

My shoulder press makes me sad. It's such a hard fukking lift to progress in. Where are all these dudes with monstrous OHP's?
