Can You Name A TV/Movie Where The Bad Guy Says "See" Repeatedly?

I've seen a lot of parodies like In tom and jerry where the bad guy talks like:

give me your wallet see.

or else you'll get hurt see.

But I've never seen someone talk like this outside of a parody.

Bugs Bunny used to do parodies of various things at the time. I believe there was a movie with Edward G Robinson as a gangster, (possibly playing Al Capone?). Checkout some vids of Edward G Robinson and you may find it. Fun fact, Edward G Robinson is where they got the idea for Chief Wiggums voice on the Simpsons.
