Ghostwire is a game published by Xbox from a studio they acquired. The studio already had a deal in place with Sony and Xbox honored that deal likely to the detriment of the game as it sold like chit on PS.

Yeah all this chit is basically just showing off how many acquisitions Microsoft has been making. The deals being made can't even keep up with them.
