What's the most messed up movie you've ever seen?
I'm literally sitting here just in awe....I refuse to watch August Underground, and A Serbian Film
I just don't like those type of movies I'm not baiting I swear, but I once had a girl that had a doctor fetish that for me was very weird.
She said that she would liked doctors , and then I diagnose her? but then I had to act like the she had cancer???.
Anyways, I did it, and she was getting off, and started breathing on me really hard then she got mad, because "I wasn't playing the part"
It was honestly like this...

Meh, Hostel was ok, Poughkeepsie tapes was ok, Serbian Film I couldn't take seriously since it was so ludicrous, especially with the skullfck the dude to death scene.
I like extreme movies, so I guess the most messed up thing I've seen is the American remake of the Guinea Pig movies. I watched one called Bouquet of Guts and Gore.
There's literally no plot to it all. A bunch of guys who appear to be Satanists abduct two girls and spend the next hour completely dismembering them, eviscerating them, flaying them and slicing open their eyes, sawing their mouths in half, amongst other things.

Saw an indie film called Gardens of the Night
-Little girl gets abducted and forced into child porn/prostitution
-Guys who abducted her also have a little boy with a similar fate
-Boy and girl get abandoned by their captors/traffickers when they are "too old" i.e. like 14 or something
-Boy and girl get into prostitution since they can't do anything else
-Boy gets fed up with the life, leaves. Girl decides to go to a shelter, meets a John Malkovich counselor who tracks down her family
-Girl was led to believe her family didn't want her anymore, reunites with them, finds out they assumed she had been killed and the parents had already moved on.
-Girl realizes the only real family she has is the boy from before, goes to reunite with him
-Movie ends
So yeah real fcked up because that's how almost all those cases turn out, one way or another

Pink Flamingos and it's not even close.
Pink Flamingos is a 1972 American black comedy film[a] directed, written, produced, narrated, filmed, and edited by John Waters.[3] It is part of what Waters has labelled the "Trash Trilogy", which also includes Female Trouble (1974) and Desperate Living (1977).[3] The film stars the countercultural drag queen Divine as a criminal living under the name of Babs Johnson, who is proud to be "the filthiest person alive". While living in a trailer with her mother Edie (Edith Massey), son Crackers (Danny Mills), and companion Cotton (Mary Vivian Pearce), Divine is confronted by the Marbles (David Lochary and Mink Stole), a pair of criminals envious of her reputation who try to outdo her in filth. The characters engage in several grotesque, bizarre, and explicitly crude situations, and upon the film's re-release in 1997 it was rated NC-17 by the MPAA "for a wide range of perversions in explicit detail". It was filmed in the vicinity of Baltimore, Maryland, where Waters and most of the cast and crew grew up.
Displaying the tagline "An exercise in poor taste", Pink Flamingos is notorious for its "outrageousness", nudity, profanity, and "pursuit of frivolity, scatology, sensationology [sic] and skewed epistemology".[4] It features a "number of increasingly revolting scenes" that center on exhibitionism, voyeurism, sodomy, masturbation, gluttony, vomiting, rape, incest, murder, cannibalism, castration, foot fetishism, and concludes, to the accompaniment of "How Much Is That Doggy in the Window?", with Divine's consumption of dog feces – "The real thing!" narrator Waters assures us. The film is considered a preliminary exponent of abject art.[5][6]
The film, at first semi-clandestine, has received a warm reception from film critics and, despite being banned in several countries, became a cult film in subsequent decades. In 2021, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".[7]

"Eat Pray Love"
My ex took me to that movie and I didn't know what it would be about. I almost killed myself.

Alot of these "hardcore" movies are just scenes of violence rather than actual movies with acting and plot.
As far as real movies probably martyr and Serbian film.
I also watched this French movie once where a group of dancers celebrate a dance competition victory with a party and someone spikes the punch with acid and they all go insane. It was pretty fukked up cause of the girls had a kid and some messed up chit happens to the kid. I can't remember the name of the movie

Star Wars. It was very disheartening to see the bad guys win over the orderly and productive empire.

came in expecting August Underground, leaving satisfied.
Mordum was pretty horrible. Lost a bit of my soul watching that one.
Human Centipede 2 was pretty brutal in some parts.
Inside (French extreme) was great. realistic gore and sad ending.
Eden Lake has a depressing ending too.
Frontier[s] was very good too.
