Crazy neighbor came to my apartment with an axe

Me and a friend recently moved to a new apartment after graduating and obviously in the first few days we had alot of noisy stuff to do - move alot of big stuff, assemble tables, beds, etc. But we never did it after 20pm.
So this crazy 50yo russian guy from a floor downstairs threw a comment at us once at the lobby, saying theres too much noise, and we explained the situation and asked him when it bothered him, tried to get to an understanding.
Instead, this baboon just kept on making threats. We walked away.
Today around 19pm movers came with our new couches, obviously they made some noise (How can you not accept this in a building?)
10 minutes later this idiot knocks, i open the door - and there i see him, standing with a fuking axe, starting to shout at me and my friend. We were in shock,
we apologized, he kept making threats and then left.


It was insane. not sure what to do.
Honestly i dont even think we made that much noise, all the othere neighbors seems to like us. wtf?


How would you deal with this situation? we thought about going to the police but they will probably just warn him and then maybe he will revenge idk.

we grabbed our spears and did a war shout and now he leaves us alone
