HUGE. Kari Lake Wins Right to do Signature Matching, Same Issue Trump Had in Fulton

Media is desperately spinning the same headline, Lake loses on most counts of court case pushed up to higher court. But the count she won is the one that counts. Ballot-stuffing fraudulent mail-ins was key to the plan, in 2020 Trump-Biden and in 2022 with Lake. The hand counts and recounts for the 2020 swing states are junk. They count the same old fraudulent ballots. Trump said this over and over when he tried, and still never got, signature match verification for Fulton County, Georgia. Instead they are prosecuting HIM for trying to "overturn." Then they talked about prosecuting Kari Lake for publishing bad signature matches that were already public record.


An AZ Senate report comes up with estimated 40k ballots illegally counted in 2022, margin of loss for Lake was 17k votes. Also estimates that 20% of mail-ins in 2020 had bad signatures matches. 3k had no signatures at all.

This is even bigger than Lake. It will show exactly how the sausage was made, in 2020 and in 2022. Americans will know the election deniers were right after all, and never accept the election establishment again. Better yet they will see what Stalinists these leftists are who will line you up in front of a wall and shoot you just to shut you up.

the one ruling that went Lake’s way was huge — not only for her chances, but for election integrity as a whole.

In the ruling, the state Supreme Court found that the lower trial court erred in dismissing a challenge to signature verification procedures in the state’s most populous county, Maricopa County.


The matter was sent back to a trial court for consideration — and it could grant Lake’s team a review of how the signatures were verified.

“The county and appeals courts interpreted Lake’s signature-related challenge as applying to the policies themselves, not how the policies were applied in 2022, and dismissed her claim based on grounds that she filed her legal challenge too late,” the Arizona Republic noted.

“But that was an error, the Supreme Court said, noting, ‘Lake could not have brought this challenge before the election.'”

In an appeal filed earlier this month, Lake’s legal team alleged that “whistleblowers conducting signature verification at [the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center] came forward with the evidence that Maricopa disregarded Arizona law and allowed tens of thousands of uncured ballots with nonmatching signatures to be counted.”

“Curing” ballots involves reaching out to voters whose ballots would be rejected due to errors in order to confirm the voter’s identity.

I think this is unlikely but theres precedent in AZ for removing a governor post certification for election shenanigans

That aside this is a huge win for election integrity. The precedent this sets is what the election fortifying libs are most upset about

Subpoena the AZ records for voter roll changes over the past 20 years. Start investigating and validating the changes. This has been going on while McCain was still being a f*ggot politician and fooling Republicans.
