I don't run - but don't buy based on rando people's opinions. Go to a running store, have them look at your stride and make a recommendation based on that. What's great for one person might make your stride worse.

Hmm this is similar to my senior project in college. We would pay homeless men for sexual acts and then use the sample to invitro a surrogate to create a human. It would be placed in foster care in a third world country until the age of 14 when we would leave it near where we found the original donor to study whether they would find each other and bond. The project failed when a lab partner injected meth with the first donor and moved into his tent underneath an overpass. It wasn’t the method we were looking for but it proved the homeless population are capable of bonding. We received a D- due to rampant spelling errors in the final paper. None of us graduated that semester.

There are Nike Pegasus shoes on sale for $75 now, I've been using them for the last 1.5ish years and generally happy. Buying another pair now.

Pro tip.

Most are similar so no need to spend an extra sum on them. $120-$150 will get you some really nice ones.

When you try them on, remember that ones from the same manufacturer will mostly be made using the same last so one style will basically fit the same as other styles of the same brand, No need to endlessly try them on if they dont fit. Go to a different brand.

No need for anything overly fancy will bells and whistles you dont need. Just get some that are comfortable and made from a reputable running shoe company. Any of the popular ones will work fine.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

x2 going to running store.

Google a running store in your area. They will be able to give you some advice, and sometimes they let you test run on shoes. Some stores actually have demo days
