I have read if you take vit k2 a lot it might deposit the calc back into teeth. But its not proven.

OPs tooth prob just wore down to the chip lol.

You can see where it’s more faint that whole part that is more faint has grown back it was chipped pretty bad I use to run my tongue on it all the time but it’s almost restored srs.

i sure hope so. I was taking care of someone's dogs and it jumped up at me and took a huge chunk of my left eye tooth. looks hideous now. what a nice fantasy to hope it will just grow back. It will probably turn gray or black. Just what I need to complete my mississippi queen look.

I don't think OP is in the same boat but I've had cavities close up after taking Ancestral Supplements bone marrow caps. Other brands are cheaper but for me AS is best. Also felt like my teeth tightened up relative to my gums.
