Only on week 1 of NoFap..
I pretty much watched porn religiously -daily - but I somehow never realized how I addicted I was.
Suddenly, I’m having vivid sex dreams every night. During the day, part of my brain is constantly trying to convince me to watch porn again, like the devil whispering in my ear. I legit miss porn already.

Today was probably the closest I’ve come (hehe) to relapsing. I basically looked up some motivational stuff, sat down and studied, and the urge is gone for now. My strat is to just force myself to be busy any time the urge gets too strong.
