High protein diet, high rep hypertrophy work, plenty of sleep.

This is how you get jacked fast. You can clock in 6/7 days a week.

Just cycle the muscle groups so they get time to recover and grow.

It will take time, but bro even three months of balls to the wall hypertrophy training with proper nutrition and sleep will give serious results.
Beans. Cleans. Gasoline.

Look up German Volume Training, 10x10 sets, it's a very serious program that is a lot of work, but a lot of work gives a lot of results with proper nutrition and recovery.

Yes. and protein as well. however, I've been told that slooting has been my downfall. not sure how my cockblocking skills have anything to do with my piss poor lifting performance, but I dare not question the wisdom of the misc.

You spend way too much time on the misc if you think anyone cares what you lift. Nobody in the day-to-day sense gives a shiiiit about what random guys in their lifting primes of their early 20's are lifting, and you think how much weight a random 37 year old woman lifts is relevant to anyone other than herself? Get real, lady.

Nah you're not "skilled" at deflecting cocks and pushing men away, it's just in your nature. Like saying a monkey is skilled at throwing **** or a Mexican is skilled at stealing children. You don't congratulate a dog for rubbing it's ass on the carpet.

My God! You are SO right! I mean, why would a forum full of bodybuilders care about gym progress or personal records.

You've been posting here for 6 years.

At some point, you realize there's more to life than constantly worrying about your lifting numbers, body measurements, and intake of chicken and broccoli. Lifting and fitness really aren't that complicated. If you wanted serious discussion beyond the basic life advice encouraging you not to worry about it so much, at least post some context of what you're referring to instead of expecting people to be mind readers.

Plus, we all know 90% of the misc doesn't lift anyway. Let's not play the game where we try to pretend like that's not the case.

This is excellent advice!

If you keep with GVT and start out at a fairly light weight, you will make amazing progress over the years.

Trying to be "strong" is the way to fail.

If you think "I must lift 200 pounds" there's a strong chance you will never lift it. Instead, do something like GVT and let your body progress at it's own pace and increase weight when you feel ready. Then, you will have the chance to lift heavy, but there's really no need to anyway.

Well, gentle reader, it could be that I speak to that 5% of the misc that does lift. I'm not at all surprised you have no idea what I mean. Come back to me after you're stronger.oh and lol if you think it's been 6 years. I've been posting since before you were a twinkle in your daddy's eye.

I'm going to try it. My approach is with humility. I just aspire to something more. The lifters i admire got there via hard work. So, that's my path.

You're basically a young DustinTheHuss at this point, right down the part where TheAlderian treats you like a personal psychiatric patient of his and the way you lap it right up.

Imagine if Dustbin were in her mid-30's instead of her mid-50's. That's MegaSloot in a nutshell.

Your concern is touching. One thing that's evident from your responses is that you are a very special person.

I don't think I've ever really talked to you, so what others are says in over course weird and moronic.

I didn't invent GVT, just giving you my feedback.

Anyway, like I've said about goals, you shouldn't have them when lifting, then you will surpass your goals.

As I have said here before, years ago, I got into squatting a lot of weight, it just went up and up by constantly adding little bits of weight over the years. I knew nothing about squat records, didn't care, and so I was just lifting to lift.

I was also trying to improve a leg injury.

That's how I surpassed what most people lift.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milo_of_Croton

I got my lifting technique from this story.

It's about a King who could lift a bull. He could do it because he lifted the bull daily since he and the bull were young. So, the bull gained weight a little at a time and the King got stronger a little at a time.

That's the way to progress at the gym. You don't go in trying to curl 80 pound dumbbells, you lift 20 pounds, and keep doing in and increasing a little bit and you may end up surprising yourself in a few years.
