High protein diet, high rep hypertrophy work, plenty of sleep.
This is how you get jacked fast. You can clock in 6/7 days a week.
Just cycle the muscle groups so they get time to recover and grow.
It will take time, but bro even three months of balls to the wall hypertrophy training with proper nutrition and sleep will give serious results.

You spend way too much time on the misc if you think anyone cares what you lift. Nobody in the day-to-day sense gives a shiiiit about what random guys in their lifting primes of their early 20's are lifting, and you think how much weight a random 37 year old woman lifts is relevant to anyone other than herself? Get real, lady.

At some point, you realize there's more to life than constantly worrying about your lifting numbers, body measurements, and intake of chicken and broccoli. Lifting and fitness really aren't that complicated. If you wanted serious discussion beyond the basic life advice encouraging you not to worry about it so much, at least post some context of what you're referring to instead of expecting people to be mind readers.
Plus, we all know 90% of the misc doesn't lift anyway. Let's not play the game where we try to pretend like that's not the case.

If you keep with GVT and start out at a fairly light weight, you will make amazing progress over the years.
Trying to be "strong" is the way to fail.
If you think "I must lift 200 pounds" there's a strong chance you will never lift it. Instead, do something like GVT and let your body progress at it's own pace and increase weight when you feel ready. Then, you will have the chance to lift heavy, but there's really no need to anyway.

I didn't invent GVT, just giving you my feedback.
Anyway, like I've said about goals, you shouldn't have them when lifting, then you will surpass your goals.
As I have said here before, years ago, I got into squatting a lot of weight, it just went up and up by constantly adding little bits of weight over the years. I knew nothing about squat records, didn't care, and so I was just lifting to lift.
I was also trying to improve a leg injury.
That's how I surpassed what most people lift.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milo_of_Croton
I got my lifting technique from this story.
It's about a King who could lift a bull. He could do it because he lifted the bull daily since he and the bull were young. So, the bull gained weight a little at a time and the King got stronger a little at a time.
That's the way to progress at the gym. You don't go in trying to curl 80 pound dumbbells, you lift 20 pounds, and keep doing in and increasing a little bit and you may end up surprising yourself in a few years.
