Would Black-to-white transracials like Michael Jackson be considered "white"?

Michael Jackson is said to have "turned" white, lightening his skin via various avenues - apparently and "perming" his hair - something regularly seen in black communities from the 1800s right through to the 1960s.

Michael Jackson was said to ha e "transformed" from a "black male" to a "white male".

Would black people/black males who "turn" into "white" males be considered "transracials"?
