Any miscer good at surveillance cameras ?

I am looking to install some surveillance cameras on a new property that i am currently building. So I already bought a FTP cable CAT.5E with cooper and I routed a portion of it underground to the main entry on the property. Now I need to make a decision on what NVR / cameras to buy and to install. I opted for the NVR instead of the DVR because I only need to route 1 cable ( it has POE ) and i've read that is easier to manage / its like newer technology than DVR and is easier to install.
The majority of the cameras will be outside, one important factor is how far I can see in detail because its more of a open field so i need the ability to see details at a distance, zoom in, also night vision is important. Bonus points if it has sound and / or light to turn on / off at will. Also
I am thinking of buying a NVR with as many channels as possible and then get like 6-8 cameras, depending on how many I need with the possibility to install more later if needed.

Any suggestions ?

Welll I dont really have a budget since I am buying them now hopefully for a long period of time I am willing to invest more into it
That is exactly the system I found while googling for something similar but I dont really know that brand ( what I've mostly heard of are Rovision, Dahuna, Hikvision, from people I asked around )

Have fended off multiple home invasions with just a hammer/machete but these tree mounted trail cams are great for hunting and outdoor caches

Alright, I looked more in depth at that Reolink system and from what I can see their night quality is not the best and FOV lacks in comparison to the rest.
Are there any other systems that I can look at ? I figured that throughout the day I will be at the location so maybe it is better if I get some that are better at night

You're going to want to make sure you NVR allows for upgradable hard drive space. I upgraded my NVR to 16tb, which allows for roughly 30 days of continuous recording of 8 cams at 4k.
