Why do italians freak when you tweak their recipes?

god forbid if u add some garlic to a carbonara - all hell would break loose if u make lasagna with ricotta instead of watery af mozzarella

italians are white. just because some in the south are mixed (on a isolated island raided by moors) doesn't make the others not non white. you american are retarded
