Every time I take a break from this site and then start posting again the users switch up

Even if I'm just lurking before, it's pretty freaky, but this is a dynamic and active place

The misc has a strange chaotic mojo to it, it's not at all what it seems to be

Like that AI girl generator thread caused thousands of users in traffic and broke the site

While you post a youtube link on 4chan or something, which seems a lot more active (yet has a ton of bots) and you get less web traffic

There are a ton of users here who do not post at all, some will reply and fewer will start new threads, it is an interesting dynamic

I think the site is much more popular than it seems to be, but a lot of users just don't interact with the forum

It seems a lot of users might even rep and neg people but still don't post comments or threads

Just a super cheap run of the mill resort in Veradero. Like, $800 CAD a person all in.

Wife likes to lay on the beach and soak up sun, so we took off before Christmas.


Didn't even bring a fishin rod.

Been incredibly windy, so water excursions were canceled anyway, so just relaxin.

Find a local who sells lobster. When I was there we stayed in a host house for a few nights and they asked if we wanted lobster for dinner. Trying to not break the bank of this Cuban, we all said no thank you. She explained its cheaper than chicken there. She came back with half a dozen 4lb lobsters that night lol.

That sounds awesome actually

Last time here I met a Cuban fella and we went to a bunch of his hot fishing spots. Caught fish, then went to his cousins restaurant way out in the bush and they cooked it all for free. Was a blast.

I enjoy winter and summer pretty much equally.


Right now at home it's in between. Snow, melt, freeze, thaw, freezing rain. I'm fine to come here for a bit and avoid that chit. Can't do anything outside anyway
