Anyone in here rent property Out?

I think I’m gonna move a lil closer to the city and rent my house out.

Curious if anyone has a sample tenet lease they’ve used with people and if they’d send it my way.

Are you going to use a property manager or just do it yourself on TurboTenant or something? TurboTenant has customizable leases and the app is pretty nice because it takes care of managing payments, maintenance requests, etc. I think they even do background/credit checks
And relief washes over me in an awesome wave

Yep I def will follow your advice thanks.

Lease terms clearly outlined in an agreement & credit checks an absolute must. I live in the DU neighborhoods though, and I’m hoping to rent to college kids with rich parents.

No problems.

My friend's dad owns property near CU Boulder and does this. He gets the parents to co-sign the leases
