What is the deep sleep secret?
I want that sleep where you close your eyes and next thing you know it is morning and you are like wtf. I swear I barely get it once a year. If you get this naturally all the time srsly mirin

Basically I can count on one maybe two hands how many times a year that I don't.
For me, exercise and a healthy diet seem to help.
Like if I'm drunk, I wake up like every two hours because the grain messes with my stomach.
I'm sure there's some genetic component.
My dad sleeps like a rock and snores like a Harley, and my mom is always bitching about how she can't ever sleep ๐๐๐
