Best '80s thrash comeback: Sanctuary

Every other band has disappointed in one way or the other, then Warrel dusted off the Sanctuary moniker. Cotdam:

I rem buying metal church on a whim in the record store ,was pleasantly surprised

They've just had bad luck with singers ,orig was a car wreck

Yep. Fukking sad. You can tell in a lot of the lyrics he was pushing himself to keep going. Still a good comeback.

Regarding Wayne, also sucks. Car wreck also took out Vicious Rumors singer as well, which is why Rivera was on the album I posted earlier. Criss Oliva also died in a car wreck, USPM bands and cars do not fukking mix. :-/

Ronnie Munroe had a few albums that were pretty good. A Light in the Dark was excellent. I kind of wish they would have kept growing with Munroe, he took a bit of getting used to but in the end he was a true Church singer. He embodied that band and really worked well with the atmospheric side of the bands sound. Kinda bent they've removed Monroe's stuff from Spotify.

Chris Oliva was killed in early morning hours on his way to a festival in his home state of Florida by a drunk driver

His wife survived but took her life ten years later
