Washington passes bill allowing children to turn trans
Das it mayne, finally the bill I've been waiting for for 15 years.
So it's not obscure, I went through the bill here where it says:
https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/bienn...20230417012114
If a licensed overnight youth shelter, or another licensed
organization with a stated mission to provide services to homeless or
runaway youth and their families, shelters a child and knows at the
time of providing the shelter that the child is away from a lawfully
prescribed residence or home without parental permission, it must
contact the youth's parent within seventy-two hours, but preferably
within twenty-four hours, following the time that the youth is
admitted to the shelter or other licensed organization's program.
So this says shelters need to contact parents 72 hrs but preferrably 24 hours after the youth has entered a shelterUNLESS THERE'S A COMPELLING REASON
"Compelling reasons" include, but are not limited to
"Protected health care services" has the same meaning as
9 provided in chapter . . ., Laws of 2023(Senate Bill No. 5489).
Now what is in bill no. 5489?
Well, this ayyylmao:
Concerning access to reproductive health care services and gender-affirming treatment in Washington state.

A new bill passed in the state of Washington seeks to undermine parental rights by allowing “shelters” to provide gender transition medical services to minors without parental consent.
Senate Bill 5599, sponsored by Sen. Marko Liias, will allow certified shelters to contact the Department of Children, Youth and Families instead of parents, for children seeking reproductive health services or gender-affirming care.
Many argue that this bill could lead to abuse and exploitation of minors, as it creates a potential avenue for predators to take advantage of vulnerable children who may be seeking shelter or medical services. This could also have long-term consequences on the mental and physical health of children who may not have the maturity or capacity to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Others have also pointed out that the government should not be involved in providing gender-affirming care to minors, and that such decisions should be left to parents and medical professionals.

Its horrifying.

Holocaust denial is illegal in over 18 countries. if an organized killing of jews happened so definitely, why would people need to serve prison sentences for questioning it?
