Wiscongosin lady screams at, threatens and obstructs Officer

This lady was hellbent on defending her brother when he was chill the whole time. Pretty sure she had stuff in the house she didn't want them to see.

A few hundred years ago some rich landowners wanted cheaper labor and here we are today having to babysit the consequences. Sad.
