Weird chest "injury"... Any brahs felt/had this before?

It's not really an "injury" per-se, but like this weird sharp or "off" feeling I get in my pic around my armpit that makes me feel like if I push it too hard my pec is going to tear. And it's been like this for a little while now. 2+ months I think. I've been going super light on chest exercises and even lat pulldowns (because they stretch your pecs). The last time I did bench I started to feel it at 135 and was like NOPE. No more bench.

Any ideas? It just won't seem to heal.

Mine is on the left side but i feel that my heavy lifting( recently) has caused this so i am backing off for a bit.
In my case, it is like a rotator cuff, pec attachment thing.
