dylan has a history of being a “truth teller” and was arrested just this past summer for harassment and intimidation for telling overweight folks on the beach that they needed to “cover-up” or they may be mistaken for a whale and “harpooned”.

Yeah, that seems kind of sketchy. Trespassing maybe if Walmart asked him to leave and he didn't. However, I would think the 1st amendment would come into play here. Unless he was actually following people around and harassing them. But then again, BLM, KKK, Antifa, and other groups of weirdos seem to get away with it on a daily basis in clown world. He should be able to get the charges dismissed.
