Broke up with GF (now ex) today (srs)

I was doing relatively okay, till I came home today after work to an empty house (we lived together for a year).

Now I know I like to post a lot about redpill ****, or how humans truly are programmed and yadda yadda, but days like today really remind me that there’s another side to being a human, a side that makes all things kind of make a bit more sense, and give me hope or at least the feeling that we are more than just a sack of bones and meat waiting to become dust again.

Can’t feel love without feeling grief, that’s the price. Dear diary I know, misc has been my go to shrink since I was 16 (which by know I should probably know that it’s a bad idea lol)

Refusing to love to avoid the pain is not a sign of strength, it’s a sign of weakness. Yeah it’s a risk, like everything in life that is worth something, but avoiding it “like a sociopath” in order to not feel grief it’s cowardice, an alpha would use the feeling of grief to better himself and become stronger.
