Absolute insanity. Biden is making responsible people who pay their bills on time and have high credit scores pay higher mortgage rates to subsidize loans for people with low credit ratings who don’t pay bills on time. The war on merit continues

No it probably just just triggers a ballon payment where the people with good scores have to pay it off at once

I felt this before multiple times, but today's news about what OP is talking about made me feel this immensely.

Credit Score is overhyped, and it's cringe to brag about having a high credit score.

But it has always been inarguable that a higher score is a nothing-but-positive thing to possess. It takes people being disciplined, not over-spending, adhering to payment timelines, and just being responsible in general. To add a penalty to such a thing is obviously absurd.

I agree with and uphold some Democratic values here and there. But I'd be damned if I ever say that if you give the Democratic party too much power they won't initiate full blown extremism and clown world. What a joke.

Recent evidence will make me vote Republican candidates for the unforeseeable future, srs.
