was that a random citizen who rolled up in the pickup? so many cars and cops on the scene like immediately after shots fired.

Is that suicide by cop, or did that guy really think he’d get the drop on 2 cops and escape during broad daylight while surrounded by cameras and with both cops using BWC’s and already having called in the stop?
