I've found it to be a pretty good resource for figuring out how to attack injuries (much more thorough than webmd/healthline ime). It's been pretty useful for me since doctors/PTs are hit or miss, and they often don't want to dig into the root of the problem.

You should never self diagnose an injury op. Be sure to always book yourself in with a qualified PT like myself for a professional opinion.

It just hasn't been that consistent of a thing along the way - I've iteratively found what direction I should be heading (this probably holds true for most of my injuries). The PTs/docs have been good at decreasing symptoms *temporarily*, but they're very bad at getting at the root causes ime.What has been working out for you so far?
Hopefully more or less on the right path for my injuries (knee, shoulder, ankle) now, but we'll see.
