just spent $160 on an apex legends skin

i don't even play this character that much either, but now i'm a caustic main to justify my purchase

i have 9 heirloom weapons and 1 heirloom skin on my account. at $160 each, thats $1600 on just heirloom skins. that doesnt count the dozens and dozens of legendary skins i have bought too.





anyone more degen than me with skins?

I think I opened 2 CSGO crates for $5 a decade ago and never spent money on skins again.

Boggles my mind how common some of these expensive skins are. Every time I boot up CSGO I have 1-2 teammates who have at least $1k worth of skins and often much more.

Buying.

You can unlock heirlooms for free also, but it takes forever. Supposedly every 500 apex packs is 1 heirloom.

I have unlocked 2 heirlooms without buying since I started apex in 2019 to give you an idea.

I've spent maybe 50 bucks on DLC for one game and I feel absolutely disgusted with myself and just pirate the game when a new predatory DLC comes out. And with DLCs you're kinda paying for content in some way.

Fukkin LMAO @ paying for cosmetics in a game. Absolutely retarded. Imagine what your parents would think about you if they knew, they'd be tempted to disown you.

I think it would take more than buying some skins in a video game for my parents to disown me.

But I'm not surprised someone who pirates games has that mentality
