yes you will maintain and also grow, specially if the intensity is high and you do enough sets

It's not too hard, more about diet IMO.

Way too open ended to actually answer the question.
Generally speaking, you will forever maintain a large majority of the muscle you gain as long as you are not in a calorie deficit and you aren't so sedentary that you atrophy. If you're well above average muscularity this is probably less true, and you would need to be pretty active maintain muscle.
If you're in a calorie deficit, you will need to eat a considerable amount of protein to maintain muscle. This is especially true is you're pretty muscular. If you're DYEL or in a significant calorie surplus then there's very little you could do to actually lose muscle.
Timing of your activities matters as well. If you do High intensity cardio or workouts while fasted, you may induce catabolism for a while even if you're in a surplus.
I mean, there's a lot of factors that play into whether or not you will lose muscle.
