My laptop is from my work and it only is ever on in a dock. It's basically just an extra monitor.

Fuk using a laptop as an actual laptop. Not as convenient as a phone or tablet, not as useful or comfortable as a dektop.

No raison d'etre.

Laptops have usb ports for external mouse and keyboard and a HDMI out port to connect to a large monitor. You can get that desktop feeling with a laptop.
