100% self defense. But just to be prudent, I am not saying it was OP, rather a guy who looked like OP, named Hank.

Story time...

Hank is walking with his little nephew and sis in NYC today. A wild hobo appears, in his mid to late twenties, somewhat clean for a hobo and in a pretty good shape, definitely lifted somewhat recently, so he is either recently homeless or he's on some drug binge. Main hobo features are his completely fukked up shoes and pants, open shirt with missing buttons.

Hobo is cussing out some random dude passing by, being an out of control piece of chit.

When he gets close, Hank points at the child so the hobo chills with the swearing. The hobo smiles but slows down and now walks DIRECTLY toward Hank and his fam. Hank now gestures politely for him to chill, saying "there's a kid here man."

The hobo says "Will it be worse if I punch you in the face instead?" dead srs. The guy is obviously completely used to nobody telling him chit and just dealing with his bullchit since NYC is full of pussies.

Hank goes, "And if I punch YOU in the face right now?"

Hobo hits pause. Then starts going off, making a scene, yelling "Do it! hit me! do it *******!" Hank takes a step toward hobo (not to attack but to tell the hobo that he should REALLY chill) but the sis keeps pulling on Hank's arm, pleading for him to leave, saying the mfker is crazy.

Hank looks at nephew, cools a bit, starts walking off. Tells hobo he is lucky they were around because its the only reason he is walking away.

The hobo, of course, goes into overdrive as Hank is walking away, cussing Hank out, saying he'd beat the chit out of Hank, calling him names, etc. Crosses the line, so Hank gets pissed, tells sis to keep walking despite her asking him to leave, and comes back to the hobo. Gets in hobo's face and dares him to stop running his mouth and actually do something so he will "fukking end him right there." Hank does NOT threaten or assault hobo, only promising to retaliate IF hobo does something.

Hobo makes some jerky aggressive move like he was about to swing, so Hank slams him in the face (self defense as the hobo looked like he was attacking and might have actually swung but missed Hank). Hobo wobbles, swings back, hits Hank's shoulder but Hank is already full speed with left and right and left. The hobo falls down and starts running his hands through his pants, shouting his lungs out how he is about to 'kill' Hank. Hank doesnt take chances and plants a couple of solid ones in hobo's face.

This is where Hank majorly fukks up. As he is holding hobo's locs and feeding him mcknuckles, the hobo reaches and tries to scratch Hank's eyes. Hank jerks his head back JUST in time and the hobo scratches JUST under the eyes (AIDS unlocked).

Hank gets up to get away from his nails and kicks the hobo in the side, then stomps on his knee, then his hand (this one will stay with the hobo), then kicks hobo's side and back, until he stops rolling. This is purely self defense because if Hank stops, hobo looks like he will not chill and will attack Hank, possibly with a weapon. Hank tempted to stomp on head but knows there are a chit ton of cameras around and hurries off while hobo looks hurt.

Now Hank is wondering what will show up first. Aids or the cops to put him in jail for a hate crime. Fukk this gay earf.

NYC has gotten fukkin impossible. I see similar hobos EVERY SINGLE DAY. Especially in the subway. They insult, threaten, even swing at people and these pussies just ignore them like nothing is going on. The cops are fukking useless. Don't do chit about the obviously violent hobos yelling at people. When they are even around, they just stand there giggling, instead of watching people. The people are 99% pussies who will not help you restrain an out of control piece of chit more or less peacefully so this was really a matter of time.

I don’t blame you at all man. I’ve posted before about getting attacked by homeless schizos when I worked downtown. One guy followed me for blocks to my office saying he was gonna blow my fkin head off and tried to chase me into a corner. I wanted to beat the fuk outta him but I was worried about legal ramifications. So I just ended up walking away. Felt like a bitch after.

Another time this homeless woman randomly swung at me but was so fuked up or drunk that she just stumbled over into air like a pathetic mess. All I did was walk past her instead of giving money.

My dad actually fought a homeless guy when I was a kid because the piece of chit attacked him in a parking garage. Pops dropped him and broke his hand. It was 100% self defense but I remember the cops saying they would have arrested him if the bum pressed charges, but he declined to. This was also in New York.
