Sick of films with social commentary

Can't they just make good movies anymore? Seems like these days every movie has to have some social commentary type theme, typically race or 'toxic masculinity'.

I just wanna watch entertaining films man.

actually tom cruise has another movie "edge of tomorrow" that is INSANELY good. It's just a genuinely well written movie.... No bullchit.
