Bros what the /10 on these tenderloins I smoked last night (vegans btfo)(pics)

Been doing a Sunday roast on the smoker for a few hours but the store didn’t have my normal cut this week. Grabbed a pair of tenderloins. Rolled low smoke on them for 40 mins before I cranked it to 225 to cook them thru. Sliced thick and garnished with Maldon salt.

Absolutely sickening. Wood rub all over my body/10
